Experienced Technician
Hourly | $18-$23/hr
The duties and responsibilities of an Experienced Technician are assigned by the Crew Leader and Project Manager and are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient job site while also supporting the overall project. The list of duties and responsibilities for an Experienced Technician on any given day may include the following:
- Cleaning and preparing job sites.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Digging trenches and holes, raking, compacting earth and backfilling.
- Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment.
- Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.
- Installing planting beds including but not limited to edging, plant material, irrigation, mulch, or stone.
- Installing Hardscape including but not limited to retaining walls, patios, driveways, steps.
- Installing drainage
- Keep work vehicle and equipment clean and organized
- Perform such other actives as may be temporarily or permanently assigned
- Ability to act professionally with all team members and when in the presence of clients or other members of external organizations

New Technician
Hourly | $16-$18/hr
A new technician is responsible for carrying out duties assigned by Project Manager and Crew Leader. They are responsible for maintaining a clean jobsite and assisting Experienced Technicians with their duties. This position offers the opportunity to learn the skills of the Landscaping trade from the ground up. The main responsibilities for a New Technician include but are not limited to:
- Moving Material
- Installing Material
- Cleaning of Job sites and Shop
- Trailer, tool, shop, and job site organization
- Digging trenches and holes, raking, compacting earth and backfilling
- Assisting with installing planting beds including but not limited to edging, plant material, irrigation, mulch, or stone.
- Assisting with installing hardscapes including but not limited to retaining walls, patios, driveways, steps.
- Assisting with installing drainage
- Perform such other activities as may be temporarily or permanently assigned
- Ability to act professionally with all team members and when in the presence of clients or other members of external organizations
